1. Permitted Fan Content

You may create non-commercial fan content including: fan art, fan fiction, gameplay videos, reviews and commentary, community guides and tutorials, and cosplay. Such content must be clearly identified as fan-created and not official Company material.

2. Attribution Requirements

All fan content must include clear attribution stating that Vestigios of Blood and all related properties are owned by Vestigios Entertainment SpA. You must include a disclaimer that your work is unofficial and not endorsed by the Company.

3. Non-Commercial Use

Fan content must be non-commercial. You may not sell fan art, merchandise, or other content based on our intellectual property without explicit written permission. Ad-supported content (such as YouTube videos with ads) is permitted for reasonable revenue generation, but direct sales are prohibited.

4. Quality and Respect Standards

Fan content must respect the tone and integrity of our work. Content that is hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to request removal of content that misrepresents our brand or violates our values.

5. Content Streams and Videos

You may stream, record, and share gameplay videos of our games. You may monetize such content through standard platform features (ads, subscriptions). You must not present our content as your own creation or claim ownership of game assets.

6. Use of Official Assets

Do not extract, modify, or redistribute official game assets (artwork, music, code, models) except as necessary for permitted fan content creation. Distributing game files, circumventing protections, or enabling piracy is strictly prohibited.

7. Commercial Licensing

If you wish to create commercial products based on our intellectual property, you must contact us at licensing@vestigios-entertainment.com to discuss a formal licensing agreement. Unauthorized commercial use will result in legal action.

8. Right to Request Removal

While we support fan creativity, we reserve the right to request removal of any fan content that violates this policy, infringes our intellectual property rights, or conflicts with our business interests. We will make reasonable efforts to contact creators before taking action.

9. No Transfer of Rights

This policy grants permission for limited non-commercial use only. It does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. All rights remain with Vestigios Entertainment SpA.
